Aloo Tikki is a popular Indian appetizer made with seasoned and grilled potato patties. - 4 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled, and mashed 
- 1 small onion, finely chopped 
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped 
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs 
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 
- 1 tsp garam masala 
- 1 tsp cumin powder 
- 1 tsp coriander powder 
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder 
- Salt to taste 
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 
- Oil for frying

How to make Aloo Tikki
Prep all your ingredients first
- In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, bread crumbs, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well to form a uniform mixture. 
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat round patties or tikki's. 
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, gently place the tikki's. in the pan. Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides. 
- Remove the tikki's from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil. 
- Serve the aloo tikki's hot with mint chutney, tamarind sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy your homemade aloo tikki's as a delicious snack or side dish.
